 High Precision Brass Strip-C2680

 

Brass is an alloy of copper and zinc; the proportions of zinc and copper can be varied to create a range of brasses with varying properties. Industrial purpose brass contains no more than 45% of zin, so as to insure its toughness and performance. Brass has good ductility, cupping value and suits electroplate.

Cu: 63.5-67.0

Ni:0.2

Fe:0.1

Pb:0.03

Zn: remian

Others: 0.3

 

*Temper: O(Soft),1/4H,1/2H,H,EH,SH,ESH 
 

*Thickness range: 0.08mm -2.00mm

*Width: Mill edge 305mm or 400mm

*Feature and Usage: Good ductility, deep-drawing, plating. Applied in building, decoration, automobile radiator, connector for electrical appliance ,lighting, hardware, horizontal, switch, gasket, gaskets, battery contact, brass buttons, watches, rings, necklaces, music instrument and etc.

1. We can supply the plate and strip comply with JIS(C2680)、ASTM (26800)、DIN(CuZn36)、BS(CZ107)、ISO(CuZn35) standard according to customer’s requirement.

2. The detailed specification and tolerance of copper alloy products are subject to the contract.
